My name is Nicholas Dube. I have been working with computers for over 15 years. Ever since the day I got my first computer I have been interested on how it works. Most of my learning has come from trial and error. Its like a big puzzle. The challenge of fixing computers is my motivation.

In August 2010 I completed the requirements and exams to receive a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification.
